At the annual Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta, Gaeltacht Football competition which took place in June on the Dingle peninsula, Spórt TG4 and Subaru launched a brand new competition, the prize being a fantastic new Subaru car. 

Subaru are delighted to be associated with this Sport TG4 competition as it was a new development in the ongoing collaboration between TG4 and Subaru Ireland.

The competition was open to all GAA clubs around Ireland and as part of the entry requirements, clubs were invited to create a short video showcasing why their club should win a Subaru car. Each video was posted to the Club’s Facebook page, using the handle @SpórtTG4, liking the Spórt TG4 page and utilising the hashtag #SubaruAbú. A panel of adjudicators oversaw the judging process and Roscommon Gaels were announced as the winner live on air during the All Ireland Ladies Gaelic Football finals from Croke Park on 15th September.
